CVS Beauty Sale!
So today, I decided to go to CVS because they were having a huge beauty sale :) I ended up spending about $2 shy of $40 for 13 items (saved about $84). What a steal, right?

First off, 3 nail Revlon nail polishes. From left to right: Emerald City, Tuscan Sun, Peach Smoothie. I was really interested in the “Matte Suede” nail polishes and decided to go with the green one and boy am I happy with that choice! I’m kinda sad that I didn’t get another one. Booo. Tuscan Sun and Emerald City were $1.45 each and Peach Smoothie was $1.49

Did my nails with the Emerald City and it really is matte!

So I needed a new face powder and after watching Frmheadtotoe’s video, I decided to pick up the Physicians Formula Healthy Wear SPF 50 Powder Foundation in Natural Beige. At first I thought it was too light for me but after putting it on, it’s really not too bad. It’s also really soft and blends into the skin. SPF 50 = double plus! The powder was $3.87, original price was 15.49!

Next I go the Revlon Colorstay Eye Shadow in 350 Berry. I thought the colors were nice and they are. I used the dark purple to set my eyeliner today and I’m pretty pleased with how it came out. I got the quad for $1.82 and saved $5.47!

I’ve always wanted to try the Revlon Colorburst lipsticks and what better time to get them than when they’re 75% off?! I got shades Soft Rose and Peach (left and right). The lipstick is very smooth and feels very nice on my lips. It’s not too slippery or drying. Each lipstick was $2.49, original price was $9.99

I also got the Revlon Beyond Natural face primer because I don’t have a primer and want to try one, haha. It was 75% off so I couldn’t resist. This was $3.37, original price was $13.49

I also couldn’t resist the Maybelline Dream Mouse blush in Cloud wine. It’s so fluffy and smooth! Also, the perfect color for the winter time. This one, unlike the Revlon things, was 50% off. I bought it for 4.39, original price was $8.79

I have another Revlon single shadow that I like so I decided to get another one. This is the single shadow in Nude Slip and it’s a Satin finish. This was on sale for $1.25, original price $4.99

The Revlon matte blushes were on sale as well so I got the only color that was left there, Peach. It’s pretty nice but more suitable for the spring/summer time. The blush was on sale for $2.82, original price was $11.29

Maybelline Mineral Power concealer! I’ve always wanted to try and now I will, hehe. This was $4.69, the most expensive thing that I got today but this would have been $9.39. Excuse my nasty ass hands. I don’t know why it came out like that in the picture.

Lastly, I got these mascaras. It’s the Revlon Double Twist Mascara in Blackest Black. It was one of those bonus packs and of course I couldn’t pass that up. It ended up being $2.49, original price was $9.99. To be honest, the brush is pretty damn nasty and I’m trying to figure out if I still want to sorta melt the formula via putting it in hot water. I haven’t tried it because … like I said, it was nasty. It’s kinda cool though because the bristles wrap around in a twisty pattern (duh!)

So this is all that I got (plus the two mascaras) and I’m pretty happy with this haul. Hehehehe, I ruv makeup too much for my own good :(
